In rare circumstances you may need to speak directly with the government to provide further details. We will notify you if this is the case.
The following government video briefly explains USI.
- Once you purchase above and provide your registration details we will email you the PDF course material. This process will take approximately 3 minutes. Be careful when entering your email address and check your junk or spam folders for your welcome email.
- The email will contain an assessment which you can complete ion MS Word as you read each section of the course. This will take approximately 4 hours depending on your current knowledge and reading ability.
- Once you have completed the assessment you simply email that back to us and our qualified trainers we will mark it within 24 hrs of receiving it. If it is received during business hours you may receive your results earlier.
- If any of your answers are incorrect you will need to review the course material and we will re email you a 'mini assessment' to re attempt those questions. If you get the same question wrong three times you will need to contact one of our trainers who will work through any difficulties you may be experiencing with the learning material.
Before we can issue you with a Liquor and Gaming NSW (L&GNSW), Interim RSA Certificate you will need to provide us with a:
- Unique Student Identifier ( Note: you can choose to let us apply for this on your behalf during enrolment)
- Copy of the identification that you used to apply for your Unique Student Identification or photo identification
- Once we have validated all of the materials above and you have passed the assessment, we will apply for an 'Interim RSA Certificate' from L&G NSW. This may take up to 24 hrs, sooner if you satisfy the requirements during business hours.

Details on how to apply are also provided on the back of the Interim RSA Certificate. Note: It may take up to 3 weeks to receive the Photo Competency Card from L&G NSW so you should apply within a week of receiving the interim certificate.
